DOT Physicals
NOTE: In order to be given an examination to become a certified commercial driver for the Federal Department of Transportation the driver candidate must present a valid passport issued by the United States Government or a state issued ID. NO EXCEPTIONS.
The exam entails:
- Urine analysis for protein, blood, glucose, and specific gravity
- Eye screening/Color Blindness check
- Hearing Screen
- Lung/Heart Screen
- Weight/Height Check
- Health History Review
